.@GetSpectrum went down with 1:59 left in the game and I'm not even surprised, just disappointed. They're raising my bill this month, too. Oh, and they're the only provider available where I live.I love the free market.

@Ask_Spectrum Again, I literally just hung up the phone with y’all for the 2nd time in 2 hours and you said it was an outage and couldn’t do anything about it. Feigning helpfulness is silly at this point. Just fix your outage and give refunds to everyone you failed today.
