Tbh @GetSpectrum shouldnt be allowed to be a major ISP anymore. Ive been having consistent issues with them since June and nothing's changed. Spectrum shouldnt be allowed to buy an entire neighborhood if youre conection is gonna be trash.

@yashar @VectrenIndiana Wifi disconnected but @GetSpectrum told me they don’t accept payment arrangements & must have payment to retain services. I’m not sure why they would cancel ability to make arrangements in the middle of a pandemic.

@GetSpectrum My current internet bill is higher than my power and water combined. There is nothing particularly special about your service that would warrant a price hike. There does come a time when internet just isn't worth the price.
